Laga världens godaste blåbärspaj i helgen o tänkte jag skulle kunna dela med mig recepten. Sköna med denna recept är att man behöver ingen elvisp!
Botten:
3 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
100 g smör eller magarin
1 dl socker
1 ägg
Fyllning:
2 dl gräddfil
1 ägg
1 dl socker
1 tsk vaniljsocker
1 msk potatismjöl
4-5 dl blåbär
Botten: Blanda bakpulvret i vetemjölet. Lägg till smöret eller margarinet och blanda för hand tills det blir smuligt. Tillsätt till den smuliga degen socker och ägg. Balanda degen jämn, lägg degen i formen.
Fyllning: Blanda in alla ingredienser, tillsätt blåbären till sist. Häll fyllningen i formen med degen.
Sätt blåbärspajen i ugnen 25–30 minuter i 175º.

1 dl sugar
