I would die for you. But I won't live for you.

So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be.

A Few Of My Favorite Books

1

I'm such a bookworm, I read almost everyday, it can be just one sentence or half a book even. 99% of the books are read are in english, I've probably read one swedish book in the last three years now. I used to only read love novels, or teen books, but recently I've gotten into poem books, fan fictions, fact books and memoirs. Here's just a handful of my favorite books I've read pretty recently. All text is from goodreads. Which is a site I recommend to all you fellow bookworms!!!

Paper Towns by John Green
Quentin Jacobsen has spent a lifetime loving the magnificently adventurous Margo Roth Spiegelman from afar. So when she cracks open a window and climbs into his life—dressed like a ninja and summoning him for an ingenious campaign of revenge—he follows. After their all-nighter ends, and a new day breaks, Q arrives at school to discover that Margo, always an enigma, has now become a mystery. But Q soon learns that there are clues—and they're for him. Urged down a disconnected path, the closer he gets, the less Q sees the girl he thought he knew...

The Reason I Jump (One Boy's Voice From The Silence Of Autism) by Naoki Higashida
Using an alphabet grid to painstakingly construct words, sentences, and thoughts that he is unable to speak out loud, Naoki answers even the most delicate questions that people want to know. Questions such as: “Why do people with autism talk so loudly and weirdly?” “Why do you line up your toy cars and blocks?” “Why don’t you make eye contact when you’re talking?” and “What’s the reason you jump?” (Naoki’s answer: “When I’m jumping, it’s as if my feelings are going upward to the sky.”) With disarming honesty and a generous heart, Naoki shares his unique point of view on not only autism but life itself. His insights—into the mystery of words, the wonders of laughter, and the elusiveness of memory—are so startling, so strange, and so powerful that you will never look at the world the same way again.

Perks Of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Charlie is a freshman. And while he's not the biggest geek in the school, he is by no means popular. Shy, introspective, intelligent beyond his years yet socially awkward, he is a wallflower, caught between trying to live his life and trying to run from it.
Charlie is attempting to navigate his way through uncharted territory: the world of first dates and mix tapes, family dramas and new friends; the world of sex, drugs, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show, when all one requires is that perfect song on that perfect drive to feel infinite. But he can't stay on the sideline forever. Standing on the fringes of life offers a unique perspective. But there comes a time to see what it looks like from the dance floor.

Looking For Alaska by John Green
Before. Miles "Pudge" Halter's whole existence has been one big nonevent, and his obsession with famous last words has only made him crave the "Great Perhaps" (François Rabelais, poet) even more. He heads off to the sometimes crazy, possibly unstable, and anything-but-boring world of Culver Creek Boarding School, and his life becomes the opposite of safe. Because down the hall is Alaska Young. The gorgeous, clever, funny, sexy, self-destructive, screwed-up, and utterly fascinating Alaska Young, who is an event unto herself. She pulls Pudge into her world, launches him into the Great Perhaps, and steals his heart.
After. Nothing is ever the same.

Book challenge for myself

I've decided to challenge myself this year. As you may already know; I love books. But I have this weird thing with buying new books all the time and start read them when I get them, but then i find a new book and start read them instead. And in the end I end up with a lot unread books that I've started reading with. So my challenge this year is to read all those books I've started with reading, so now I have to read Cujo, The fellowship of the ring, An abundance of Katherines, Ed Sheeran: A visual story, Last chance and many more.

Feels more like home

It wouldn't feel like home with no books. I had a really hard time choosing which books I would take with me. And it feels less lonely with pictures of friends. The pictures remind me that I'm not alone in this world. The 'empty' frame will hopefully get some photos of my boyfriend.
I've started to love these glass jars lately. I want to buy more and more of them, but i just don't know what to fill them with.
I'm obsessed with all these Mymlan table wares. I just think that the moomin-character is so cute and charming.
I've started to like old tree furniture. And this bureau was in this apartment when I moved in. It has a lot of place in it, so i use it for all my school papers, pens and other things like that.

And one of the most important thing, my bed. I love my bed. Here was a bed when I moved in, but it was small and uncomfortable, so I'm happy to get to sleep in my own bed from Porvoo. It makes all this feel more like home.
